Terms and Conditions

You will have the option to request Signature Required Service / Signature Confirmation.  If you opt to use this service and if your item’s packaging appears to be damaged, immediately open and inspect your delivery upon receipt.  Any issues with your order must be reported within three business days of receipt. This includes any missing items, incorrect shipments or damages. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

We do our best to ship orders within three to five business days of receiving the paid order.   Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.   Orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day.  We will notify you of a backorder if the parts are not available. 

SHIPPING TERMS:

Shipping charges will be calculated and charged once the order is placed.  If you need “Signature Required” / “Signature Confirmation” service it is $5.  This is an optional service, however, please note: If this service is declined, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once deemed delivered by the carrier.

Please confirm or decline the “Signature Confirmation” option via the “check box” offered in the shipping section of the checkout. 

Once the parts and shipping have been paid, your tracking information will be sent to you.
When possible; we combine shipping charges on multiple item orders to save you money, by putting all items in the same box.

Items paid for by Credit and Debit cards will be shipped only once the part and shipping cost payment has cleared.   Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment.  We do not ship C.O.D.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Shipping charge includes packaging, handling and fees imposed by the carriers we utilize.  For ground and small packages, we ship primarily with FedEx and USPS.  If you have specific shipping requirements, please let us know this when your order is placed. There is a $10 handling charge for 3rd party shipments.

RETURNS:

We will accept return of products due to workmanship or manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.   Shipping is not refunded on returns unless there is an error made by our Fulfilment dept.  Returns for reasons other than errors made by MKAP are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.  No product returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.

All parts must be returned in their original packaging and must be in a re-sellable condition.  We will not process returns if the part has been damaged by installation “scarring”, painted or modified.  Returns must also be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.  Prior to returning any parts, please contact us at info@mrkeithsautoparts.com for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).  We will NOT process any returns without an RMA number.  

We do not offer returns on any used parts.
REFUNDS will be credited back to the original method of payment.  

RETURNS MUST HAVE A RMA NUMBER. Email info@mrkeithsautoparts.com for a return authorization.

REFUSALS:

All refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will include the 25% restocking fee plus all shipping/freight charges to and from your destination. Contact our sales department for more information at info@mrkeithsautoparts.com.com.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:

We do not offer cancellations after the item has been shipped.  We will offer a replacement of the item or you can return the item for a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee.  We make every effort to process replacements and refunds typically within 3-5 business days of receipt. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Customers are responsible for any duty or customs tax for international orders. Your international shipping charges may require adjusting to actual shipping fees for international orders, as our calculators are primarily based on domestic shipping rates. Please note that duty/tax is not included in the shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT ORDERS:

International freight orders require a customs broker service. This is the responsibility of the customer. Not utilizing a customs broker can lead to storage fees and delays, which MKAP will not be responsibility for.  

BACK ORDERS:

We try to keep stocked inventory of everything we have on our site, however, sometimes there are manufacturer delays due to availability of raw materials which keep us from shipping your complete order. Most orders ship complete within 3 business days. If there is an item causing a delay of less than 7 business days, we will hold your order to ship complete unless otherwise requested in your order comments. There are no additional shipping charges for a backordered item.  You will be refunded if the delay is extensive and we will notify you when the item is back in stock.

DAMAGES:

In the occasion that your product is damaged in shipping.  This is not within our control.  Damages must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.  In the event of damage, take photos of the packaging and detailed photos of the damage.  Always check your order when it comes in.  If there any damage has occurred, immediately notify us so that we can ensure a prompt replacement order is sent out.  Accurate instructions will be given on damaged part replacements. We are not responsible if notification is not given within 3 business days of delivery of goods.  With freight orders it is imperative that you check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise.  We will file a claim with the carrier in most cases and send replacement parts.  If you sign for a freight shipment without checking for damages only to find out later that you have damaged parts you are responsible for filing a claim with the freight company.  Once a freight order is signed for it means you received the parts free and clear (without damage).  If the customer files a claim with the carrier, we will not be responsible for replacing damaged products and the customer will be responsible to pay for any replacements until the carrier pays the claim.  Please follow these instructions to avoid any problems or misunderstandings associated with damaged products and freight claims.

PRICING:


We absolutely try to ensure accuracy of our pricing.  We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or descriptions and to refuse to accept or cancel any order based on an incorrect piece or description.  Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.

PRODUCT LISTINGS:

All products and descriptions are considered accurate at the time of listing.  Please read the product description carefully.  Some images are used to show the use of a product.  This does not mean that you will receive everything shown in the images.  There may be color differences, as all monitors are not calibrated the same.  Please read the description to ensure that you are ordering the correct item.

DISCONTINUED PARTS:

Availability of all items on our site are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to discontinue products, services or accessories without notice.


Store Hours:

Mr. Keith’s Auto Parts is open Monday thru Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm EST and Saturday 10:00am – 12:00pm EST.   We are closed Sundays and most recognized holidays.

Sales Tax:

Georgia residents are required to pay the appropriate sales tax.  Orders shipped outside of Georgia are exempt from sales tax.  Due to regular variations in Georgia sales tax, rates are subject to change without notice. This 8.9% tax is applied to the invoice of all Georgia residents.

Payment options:

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Discover for your convenience.
